Dr. White's research interests are in the areas of carrier transport in nanostructures, lattice vibrations of nanostructures, and development of novel electron devices for information processing and energy generation.He received the B.S. in Physics from Binghamton University in 1990 and the M.S. and Ph.D. Degrees in Condensed Matter Physics from Cornell University in 1993 and 1995, respectively. He joins the physics department faculty in August 2007.
